Thank you for shopping at Maniere! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
RETURNS PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- A full priced non sale item. All sale items are final sale
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and in the same condition that you received it
- Returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- All hair accessories are Final Sale, no refunds or exchanges
- Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are not eligible for return
- Please follow the Returns Address process below to mail your items back to us
- ALL MUNDEES ARE FINAL SALE
RETURNS ADDRESS
We do not offer return labels. Please mail your return to:
We accept returns that are received by our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Note: Although shipping carriers may delay shipments, it is the consumers’ responsibility to make sure we receive the item (s) within the allotted time.
- We do not accept drop offs at this time. Returns that are dropped off will not be processed.
- Please hold onto your tracking number in case it is needed.
REFUNDS
Upon inspection of item(s), we will notify you on the status of your return/refund.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 3 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note discount codes and gift cards cannot be used during our bash.
