Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Maniere! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!


Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, no changes can be made, including adding or removing items, changing sizes, colors, or prices.
  • If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us with the correct address in the subject line. We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed.
  • Order cancellations are not accepted.
  • Due to high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual, and we cannot provide an estimated ship date at this time.
  • We do not offer gift wrap or gift notes during special sales events (e.g., the "bash").

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be a full-priced, non-sale item. All sale items and Mundees are final sale.
  • The item must be in new, unused condition, with no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Items must have all tags still attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Hair accessories, gift cards, and gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • We accept returns that are received by our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return arrives within this timeframe, even in the case of shipping delays.

  • We do not accept drop-offs at this time; any returns dropped off will not be processed.

  • Please ensure you hold onto your tracking number in case it is needed.


Refund Process

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your return and refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Hello@Maniere.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at Hello@Maniere.com.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Out of Stock Items

  • If an item in your order is out of stock, the remaining items will still be processed and shipped. You will be notified of any unavailable items, and a refund or store credit will be issued for the out-of-stock item only.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to out-of-stock items.

Additional Notes

  • Discount codes and gift cards cannot be used during our special sales events (e.g., the “bash”).
  • We are not offering gift wrap or gift notes during the bash season.
