When will my order ship?

We will typically ship within 48 hours. Please keep in mind during sales and promotions shipping may potenitally take a bit longer.


What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • A full priced non sale item. All sale items are final sale
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • All hair accessories are Final Saleno refunds or exchanges
  • Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are not eligible for return
  • Please follow the Returns Address process below to mail your items back to us

We accept returns that are received by our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Note: Although shipping carriers may delay shipments, it is the consumers’ responsibility to make sure we receive the item (s) within the allotted time.
    • We do not accept drop offs at this time. Returns that are dropped off will not be processed.
    • Please hold onto your tracking number in case it is needed.

Upon inspection of item(s), we will notify you on the status of your return/refund.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

My order arrived and it is not as I expected, what can I do?

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and in the same condition that you received it. All items must have tags still attached and be returned in original packaging. All returned items much be full price, not a sale item. All sale items are final sale.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once it has been placed. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. Our gift cards can be provided electronically or delivered personally. You can choose at check out! They are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift card instead for the value of your choice! They expire 1 year after purchase date.

There are no refunds or exchanges on final sale items.

What is a BASH sale?

Once a year we host a BASH sale! It's an exciting opportunity to take advantage of our items on major sale!

Our BASH policy is as follows:

  1. Changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. This includes the following:
    • Adding/removing additional items to your order
    • Changing sizes, colors etc.
    • If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please write that in the subject line. We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed. You may email is at as well!

  1. Due to the extremely high order volume, processing times are longer than usual. We are doing our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible and cannot give you an estimated ship date at this time.
  2. We do not offer gift cards/gift wrap during our bash sale
  3. Select items will be restocked throughout the week. Prices are subject to change during the bash. Once your order has been placed, we cannot adjust the price.
  4. You cannot choose pom colors for beanies or hats during our bash sale. Hats come with a natural or matching color pom.
